So hello. I just found out about TMS yesterday and I'm just starting the program today. I can say I'm 98% convinced I have TMS. I wrote down a Evidence List and read it to convince myself completely. The specks of doubt come from the muscle tension in my fingers I get when I try using them, which make me think it's a structure problem. To be quite honest, I'm doing a lot better already. I've had RSI in both arms for the past 3 months. Just from going on a variety of websites about TMS yesterday, reading and listening as much as I can about it, I'm actually typing! Which I haven't done regularly for the past 2 months. I still have pain in my arms, but I tell myself that there's nothing wrong with my arms, the pain is from my brain. I've also been taking antidepressants for about 2 weeks for the pain. I'm not sure if it's okay to stop cold turkey even though I've only been taking it for a short time. I'll just taper off it. So far so good in terms of pain.
