Day 42 95% pain free

I finished the program 3 weeks ago , i didn't post anything then , i wanted to observe what changes are after i finished. I'm really proud that i kept going day by day with journaling , and reading succes stories and other blogs on the matter. By now my physical sympotms that were everyday bothering me and stoping me from doing anything, now I'm almost pain free the whole day and week, except some conditioning pains that are related to some body positions and some activities. But I'm working on that step by step, because my muscles are atill weak, i started to do weights lifting, to feel good about my body , and to stop the fear of movement, and I'm gaining confident about my body.
I just wanted to share that patience is really an important thing to help with going for change and recovery.
About my mental symptoms, honestly they are little tricky ! Sometimes I'm confused about what I'm feeling , and why ? But because i know that they are also here with me to communicate something to me , i try to listen carefully, and allow them to show themselves like physical symptoms.
Actually when i finished , i can say that i was somehow in denial haha !! How i could be almost pain free !? After 10 years of pain !! It's really awesome, what a mind and body we have !
I want to thank everyone on this platform, who make this reachable to every suffrer over the world.
Just trust the process ,and be hopeful, Hope is a Necessity not a Choice.
One day you will be there !
