Fear is our own individual illusions as we define it. I say yes to your question cause its your definition.. I'm working with my own illusions and will share how I define my different sources of fear. These definitions are not my own, however, what I work with to identify the particular fear on a granular level.
1. Resistance to change/Generally relates to an existing habit, program and/or stubbornness.
2.Fear of change/ Generally relates to the fear of the unknown
3. Secondary gain/ Is when there's a payoff for keeping the resistances or issue
4. Social conditioning/ Is perceived or real pressure from outside influences (i.e. Family/society).This also relates to fear of resistance to letting go of anything outside of your control.
