Dr. Hanscom posted a message yesterday about how perfectionism and many of the "personality traits" as described by Dr. Sarno are not "personality traits" but trauma coping mechanisms or at least learned coping mechanisms, which I quite firmly believe. That sort of breaks through the whole though process people who don't believe they can or should change these parts of themselves that don't serve them.
