    At times I wonder if TMS-oriented podcasters/practitioners are scared to say "There are no guarantees.... You may never get better." I reflect on this as someone who has gotten somewhat better. Some symptoms have disappeared. Others are the same or slightly worse after 3 1/2 yrs of delving into...
