  • Thanks for sharing your personal story. I´m also on Day 16 of SEP and find every personal story helpful to strengthen my will to persevere. Good luck with the future. Good to hear your talents have grown and are being acknowledged now that you are no longer standing in your own way. I think alot of us can relate to this and can learn from this.

Hi speedysel, Personal stories helped me before and they continue to help me. Thanks for the kind words. I'm very glad you are here and working through the SEP. When I found out about TMS, there was no website like this. My only resource was reading a book. But that was enough for me. Now with like-minded people and all of these resources, you have a wealth of information and support!!
Hey Enrique, I just read your story in the SEP day 16 and it's very inspirational! I am looking forward to be in the same situation as you are, where you don't have chronic pains and are very confident about your physical abilities! I have never heard of Ironman events but I can imagine something! I also like that you say that you are more forgiving of yourself and more aware of your emotions. Take care! Josina

Thanks for the kind words. I discovered that my mind was holding my body back all those years. Believe that better days are ahead for yourself. Best regards!
When I was in the professional services division at Fujitsu working for the CFO, I noticed a strange thing happening to the women who worked in accounting next door. As the Dot com bubble imploded and the positive cash flow began to constrict each and everyone of the accountants began to develop wrist and hand RSI and CTS problems. Not a coincidence I'd say.
