  • My Story

Over the last 4 years, I have had several episodes of horrific back, neck and shoulder pain. I have been diagnosed with various herniated disc. I am a very healthy and active person, so these incidents were very demoralizing and depressing. I started to wonder if this was my body's way of "shutting me down" to stop and think about things more, since it seems I would not do it any other way unless I was injured. I began to wonder if I was avoiding my emotional issue and frustrations,

After stumbling on TMS on the web, I read Sarnos book and watched the DVD. I fit the profile 100% and I saw myself in every page. I realized I had some work to do, and am really embracing the process.

Now, fitness and stretching is for me, not for my back. I am focusing on letting my HEALTHY disease free self dominate my life.
