I have tinnitus and hyperacusis that developed after I took an antibiotic. Antibiotic carried rare side effect of ototoxicity and I have some very mild hearing loss at high frequencies as well. Can TMS help with something like this or because it's actual structural damage it wouldn't ? Thanks !

Hi Veridian - do you mind I ask what caused your tinnitus ? I am struggling with that and hyperacusis as well that developed as a side effect from a medication. I imagine if tinnitus is caused from actual damage to the ear from a medication that TMS principles wouldn't work?
