Day 5 - Question to ponder

Think of some activities you really enjoy doing. If you could do one of these activities without feeling stressed out, without having anxiety, and without worrying about your family, kids, job, etc. how would that feel? Why do you not do this activity more often? What steps could you take to do...

Day Four - Question to ponder

What was the most disheartening thing a doctor has told you about your symptoms? In what ways have you kept that in your mind? The most disheartening thing told to me by my Doctor was that I would need to learn to live with my back pain and to not lift weights anymore (avid gym girl here). It...

    Day One

What would life without TMS look like? For starters, I would not be afraid to workout as much or as hard as I wanted to. I would go to the gym as much as I want and try new exercises without the fear of not having my core on and having pain. I would wake up in the morning without a sore neck...

Success story: CFS, Hip pain, MRI labral tear, FAI, IBS, Insomnia, eczema, tooth pain & many others

Hi Jan, you hit the nail on the head. I didn't get very far with the program because I tend to stop things before I even start them. Still seeing Dr. Dakhili and she says I'm making progress slowly but surely. You're right about me searching for that one magic answer or solution and I'm not sure...

Success story: CFS, Hip pain, MRI labral tear, FAI, IBS, Insomnia, eczema, tooth pain & many others

Hi, how'd you go with your teeth/gum symptoms and ear infections? My dentist says my cracked teeth aren't the issue and don't need to be fixed for at least a decade. I had a fungal ear infection that was misdiagnosed with a regular ear infection and got put on a month of unnecessary antibiotics...

    Tom Morrison's Mobility Program

I suppose you're right. I just want my ears to be okay again and not worry about them.

    Tom Morrison's Mobility Program

Wonder if it can be applied to my ears. Had fungal ear infection that was misdiagnosed by my GP twice and it took another Doctor to take a swab and then tell me (after taking two round of different antibiotics) that it was a fungal infection. It cleared up but my ears still feel flakey and dry...

    Tom Morrison's Mobility Program

You're right. I've seen comments from people who had chronic issues and said that they got better with it, so I latched into that.

    Tom Morrison's Mobility Program

Would it be a good idea to purchase Tom Morrison's program? I've seen a lot of ads for it and read positive comments, but I'm worried it won't work.

Recovery from Digestive issues (LPR, Dyspepsia)

Too late. My original symptom was back pain after a heavy session at the gym (herniated disc according to my CT) and then I had wisdom teeth surgery. It all went downhill from there. The area near my wisdom teeth vegan burning and then it moved around my mouth to my molars. Fast forward to now...
