This is somewhat off-point however I realize a few here live with sleep apnea. I was diagnosed quite a while prior to have mild sleep apnea that required no treatment. I just got re-tested and the outcomes returned saying I have moderate sleep apnea, so my specialist recommended a CPAP machine...
