I know you're anxious to feel better, but I believe you need a practice a bit more patience. It could very well be TMS, or it could be a bit inflammed from rolling your ankle. It's only been 5 days. If it is still bothering you 2 weeks after "injury", then you can feel much more confident...
Thanks that is what i have done thanks. Do u agree that pain which is real would not be constant at rest when i have had 5 days of doing nothing surely the pain at rest is tms maybe when i stretch my ankle it is real
i want to go to the SU at my uni and go out as its my last su event of the year and my brother is at uni and he will never be able to go again but am too scared to dance on my ankle or even walk around alot
