Just curious...I am on Day 20 and the article/link for the Educational reading does not work. Any idea where I could find article from Where the Client Is by Dr. Anderson? Thank you.
Thanks for the responses. I really appreciate the guidance. The problem is I don't know what to direct my attention to psychologically? And what do I do about it? I feel like I am missing something in the course. Or I am not paying attention to the "how" to stop the pain.
So, yesterday I had a small breakthrough. I found a trigger for the onset of pain. During the weekend, my pain tends to fade away and return on Monday. So, Sunday night as I was making my lunch for work the next day, I noticed my pain was returning. Ha! Making lunch for work is a trigger. Work...
Thanks for responding. I am hoping to start having some breakthroughs soon. My pain wasn't bad today. Just a slight burden. I was able to workout and move around. Just going on with my day.
My wife knows I am going through the program. She sees me in pain everyday and also is sad for me that I am living this way. I have not mentioned it to my co-workers as I am afraid of what they will say or how they will look at me. I mentioned it to my dad who seemed more receptive than I...

So, my sciatic pain comes and goes throughout the week. My toes still go numb. Now that it's the weekend, it will most likely subside a bit. My guess that it will return Sunday night and hit hard on Monday like it always does.
When the pain does come, how do I talk it down? I have read how...
I started doing the Structured program and am on day 10. I just received Schubiner's book, Unlearn Your Pain. Should I start the Schubiner program? Continue the SEP from this site? I will only have the book for 3 weeks.
