Wrist pain for years. TMS?

    Hi,

I have had right wrist pain for years (I am right handed). It started when I had an office job. I went to the doctors and they just said tendonitis and/or bursitis. I tried all the usual stuff exercises, wrist brace, massage etc. The pain then travelled up to my shoulder. Nothing helped, and it got so bad that I had to leave my job.

Now about 5 years later, my wrist is better than it was. It used to hurt all the time, now it is only hurts mainly during exercise. Pushups, shoulder presses, lifting myself up or off the ground and moderately heavy weights all give me right wrist pain.

Comparing my wrists, my right wrist is a lot less flexible than my left.

My question is this TMS? Can TMS make one of my wrists a lot less flexible than the other? Any advice or feedback would be appreciated.

    Thanks!
