TMS Pain and Time

    Has anyone noticed that when they start working on mindbody, etc... that symptoms typically get worse before better?

    Yes mbsgal85,

    This is quite commonly reported here. It is the mind-body's way of trying to hang onto the strategy that created the symptoms to begin with: don't feel the real psychological elements, live in fear, think about fixing and symptoms instead.

    Knowing this, you can use this for evidence that you have TMS. Keep the faith!

    What Andy said... and TMS has a habit of moving around ...and magically disappearing if some other distraction comes.
