I notice as I look around, there is a lot of surface information available on mindbody/TMS topics online. Intros, beginner info.... overviews. Basics. All very helpful and necessary, but it sure sems like something is missing. Would love to see someone come out with a regular podcast dealing with TMS and/or mindbody issues, self-improvement and the regular impelentation of these concepts into our daily lives. Seems like a great way to curate the message as well as bringing new people into the fold to help expand the concepts and widen the reach. Working through TMS and stress disorder is a daily process. Certainly not something we want to consume our lives or our thoughts, but something that needs regular maintenance - fine tuning. Is there anything out there now similar to this? Any good topical listening I may be missing? Sure seems like a perfect opportunity for someone to do so.
