    - working in the garden;
    - playing with the neighbor's cat, he came to visit :) ;
    - making anchovies salad;
    - knitting a new summer/spring blouse outside in the back yard;
    - I went for a walk at 6:30 in the morning, here around the area, on the hills. A 17 min walk. It was quiet, serene and after I came back towards home, I saw a coyote near our house. He didn't see me and I made a tiny sound with my lips, like a kiss in the air and he got really scared and ran like a maniac. Beautiful animal but he can eat my cat or the neighbor's cat in a second. Michelin star gourmet food for him...

    - working out: 35 min in the afternoon;
    (5' warm-up, 15' aerobic high intensity, 15' Pilates)
    - reading outside in the back yard;
    - knitting;
    - eating dessert. I made it from: cashew yogurt mixed with blueberries, coconut flakes, raisins, a plum (cut in small pieces), cinnamon, vanilla extract and 2 drops of Stevia. It's really good!

    - I made an egg salad, the classical one with eggs, onions, mustard, mayo, dried dill and salt;
    - worked on my cross stitch project;
    - knit a little bit on my blue sweater.

    It's not even 8 in the morning. Later I will:

    - go soon to the Farmers' Market;
    - I will spend time in the garden, outside in the sun;
    - meditate before lunch;
    - exercise a little at home - lifting weights and then Pilates - later today.

    Since the virus - 2020, I didn't exercise as I used to before. And I can feel it. I also gained some extra weight and I had hormonal changes. Age related, normal stuff. I got older in the last 5 years. I mean...I got older faster.

    So I decided to do something about it. I started to exercise again. Daily. Of course after I decided this...the first day I could not do it. Something came up, of course. And then the third day I had to skip it again. It's always like this...when you make a resolution to do x or y, something always intervenes and you can't do it even on the first day! Anyway...

    I'm aiming for 30 minutes/day. Usually I go out and walk early in the morning. For now I can only walk for a maximum of 15 minutes since I'm pretty out of shape and in my area there are hills so I get fatigued fast. After that I come home and do 15 minutes of Pilates. Pilates is a form of stretching. It looks easy but it's not - if done properly.

    I started walking some weeks ago and then I added Pilates maybe a week ago or something like that. It feels good.

    I lifted small weights maybe two or three times in the last month. I'll have to increase this to 2-3 times/week and to start using heavier weights. But this...in time.
