    I'm loving this site! This is as helpful as the books; I need a structured path. Yesterday and today I've felt as bad as I did before I started this program, but the previous 5 days were gradually improving. I think the past two days have been a sort of extinction burst, or maybe my brain's reaction to a journal I did - uncovering some uncomfortable feelings. Who knows. But I'm still in power, brain, so watch out! I've found I'm able now to talk through some symptoms and "push away" thoughts of fear and such. I feel mentally stronger, and very motivated to keep going in the program!
