Thank you, thank you so much for taking the time. You don’t know how much I am suffering. I just want to keep moving forward for myself and for my family, holding on to the hope that this hell will eventually start to ease little by little. I do the best I can each day with whatever comes my way, staying calm.

I'm really sorry you're going through this. Although our symptoms won't have been the same, I was bedridden and housebound with mine so I do empathise with your suffering.

Something that helped me was regularly focusing on my breath—especially slowing it down by lengthening the out-breaths. It became a mainstay during my recovery.
