Pelvic pain,Neuropathy

Hi, I know you don't come here often, but I hope you can read this. Honestly, your story has been a great source of inspiration and hope. You know, I have all my neuropathic symptoms all over, but they're especially painful in my arms, which move around throughout the day. Even staying calm on days when the pain is severe is a struggle, as it's electrical, like tension or energy. I have fluctuating allodynia in my buttock and upper left leg, and throughout the rest of my body, I experience sharp, burning, and other electrical sensations that come and go, lasting for a few seconds or even inside my head or face, like my chin or cheeks. I wanted to ask if you've ever had that kind of severe pain? And if, before you started to get better, you felt what they call an extinction burst, or if your symptoms worsened?
