Day 5 Paying Attention

    Today I learned to be mindful of what you are feeling in your body. If I notice some anxiety arising I could do some deep breathing exercises to calm it. But don't ignore it because it could get bigger & eventually turn into pain. But remember pain can be controlled by the mind and we have the power to send it on its way after we acknowledge it.
