Low back tension/anxiety

    New member here. I've been dealing with low back tightness for at least the last 8-10 years. In that same timeframe, I've also developed sleep issues and most recently anxiety-induced chest pain.
    I've tried everything to fix this.
    I'm about a week into being "bought in" to TMS as the root cause, but it is *so hard* not to throw the kitchen sink at the problem by doing stretching/massage/mobility etc.
    Especially on days like today when the symptoms are especially prevalent.
    I think all of this started with my experience of getting blindsided by a firing at a previous job which felt personal and vindictive.
    I now run a successful business, but that carries a whole host of things that can feed into TMS.

    In relation to this, I understand your instincts, but aren't these the very same things that are included in "I've tried everything" that haven't worked? I.e. Wouldn't stretching for that many years have worked by now?
