Letting go

Thank you for sharing this. These are the pitfalls I can fall into, especially the not believing and overthinking. I absolutely believe I have TMS for most of my symptoms, but I live in the "but what if this one is actually an injury?" That's the hardest work for me right now.

 

I have been following your progress & you have done so amazingly well with your all your recent running & walking over 30000 steps at Disney World. Woohoo!!

What do you think would clinch it for you, would remove all doubt from your mind that this is nothing but TMS?

What evidence would you need? Do you have an evidence sheet that you could fall back on when you have doubts ?

What results would satisfy you that this is TMS?

What words of encouragement do you need?

Are you looking for 100% recovery or would 90% do?

Would getting a diagnosis from a TMS doctor help?

What is getting in the way of you believing that what you have is TMS?
