Hey everyone, just wanted to share that I find a lot of verses from the Bible that seem to align with ideas from the recovery process. Bible talks about renewing your mind, capturing every thought. There are lots of references to not falling into fear. Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry. Prayer can be a form of meditation. Meditate on the word. These were just things that come to mind. Take care. Hope everyone is doing well.

The Bible actually does have a great deal of mind body concepts which goes to show the wisdom in it. The theme of "you already healed", "you are already well" comes up a lot. The power of belief.

A daily portion of Bible reading will be spiritual nourishment. It will challenge you to believe and hope, to love and forgive, to sacrifice and to trust. To God be the glory!

Yes, the bible can be very good with healing the mind, body, and soul as well as creating a greater understanding of your inner voice and doing the right thing.

Always a fantastic read regardless of your religious preference.
