Doubt about somatic and jourling concept

    Hy somatic therapy is done to teach your brain be fearless for pain but many person tell us when we give attention to pain it automatic activate same signal even make strong .so should we do somatic tracking or not .
    Journaling is best source to come out repressed emotion but we know our brain is negative attentive so if i written to neg hell thing about repressed emotion to realise it it will make us more negative please clear this

    Journaling allows us to experience and process difficult, painful emotions. Somatic tracking does the same thing, except for pain, symptoms, and body sensations (in a safe, controlled way).

    Sometimes it's very hard to do this. But that's the whole point. We are teaching our brain that we CAN experience these things and be okay. We are safe, even though it's difficult.

    Once the brain understands this, we start getting better.
