    Day 3 Questions to Ponder...the last time I did any real physical activity was a year ago tomorrow. I was weight training and running getting ready for a 4-peak backpack trip in Colorado with friends. Exercise made me feel alive and healthy. Running was my escape from life. I found it to be meditative. I realized this even more after it came to a stop. I don't exercise or run now because the pain is so bad coupled with muscle weakness. It hurts so much just to even walk or stand up from a sitting position. The weakness causes me to push up w my arms to help raise myself to stand so weight training is out. This has been an incredibly difficult year both physically and mentally. I have high hopes this program will give me back my life back before I woke up in pain.
