    How is journaling working for you? What techniques do you find most effective? Do you think you are avoiding any specific technique or issue?

    I use all of the proposed techniques and don't avoid any of my issues on the list.
    I like the cluster writing, because so many problems are connected to each other.
    But I still have a hard time exploring my feelings in depth.
    Most of the time I seem to just think about my issues and feelings, I
    can't really feel them. It's like so many layers of concrete are surrounding
    my feelings inside. I want them to get out of there...
