Get a healthy morning routine they say.

At the moment I wake up everyday with chronic pain . I drag myself out of bed and off to work. Recently I am holding back tears within 5 minutes of getting out of bed. I’m going back on anti-depressants when I tell the doctor on Friday.

Anyway this is Day 1 on the SEP. I’ll be honest, I have zero hope.

I’m starting work with a trained SIRPA therapist soon, she specialises in hypnotherapy and lightning therapy. Costing a lot of money but in desperate.

It probably won't help - but many of us have been there. I remember being so doomed out by constant pain I just did not know what to do with myself... The SEP was the start of change - I had to put a lot of effort in too - especially mental effort to understand myself - and to be honest with myself - but it all worked together until I was eventually free from constant pain....
Try and hold onto the fact that you are not alone - there are always others suffering as much and even more.....
Just get up and do the days SEP - some days make sense, some don't - but they all come together in the end....
Make time for you - get some fresh air - take in some nature.... this too will pass...
    good luck
