Well, here i am at day 1 with a great deal of hope and openness.

Ive been dealing with chronic back/sciatica for over a year. Now on disability and dreaming of a day when this terrible ride will finally come to an end.

Like many, ive tried multiple programs, therapies and been to over nine specialists.... all they can tell me is ive got Fibromyalgia.

I deeply believe that ive got TMS but even after all the readings still find myself in pain.

Hope and determination keep driving me forward. I do also pray and journal every day.

    Many thanks,

    F.

    Welcome to the SEP Francis!

It seems you're hearing the call to take a more active role in your healing process. Good luck in the program. Many have healed and most have learned a great deal about themselves.

It seems for sciatica and fibromyalgia, this is the best approach. I encourage you to be steadfast, and patient, and focus on the learning aspects.

Great that you journal! There is an article on journaling at the Wiki, in case you're interested. Many approaches are discussed there...
