Hello everybody! I'm Victoria, I am an MD specialized in emotional health, believe it or not! I've been under a lot of stress lately, patients+responsibilities+lack of support and 3 weeks ago my back starting hurting like crazy! This is the most painful back episode I've ever had. I want to connect with anger/sadness/anxiety and haven't been able to, distracting myself in the internet in my free time. But the pain is now so intolerable I can hardly move. Yesterday a friend of mine was here to give me a massage and it improved a bit. I also cried and talked about feeling alone, that helped.
