    The Back pain article that Kim Ruby wrote is available in day 2 of the SEP program. I have provided a link to it here.

    It is a great explanation of TMS and how Dr. Sarno began the identification of TMS. It is solid information that is very helpful with regard to understanding how TMS works and how it can be overcome. I think this article is also a good reminder if we begin to loose our way. If anyone is feeling a bit scattered have a read even if you have read it before, sometime we need a refresher.

    yes PamD... that link is very useful .. The whole of HBP book is explained may be in 10 pages in that Link . It gives a clear understanding of what TMS is for beginners.

    For examples and healing everyone has to refer to HBP..
