    Hi everyone,

I’ve been working through chronic symptoms for years — mostly pelvic pain, urgency, and anxiety — and like many of you, I’ve gone deep into the work of Dr. Sarno, Alan Gordon, and Nichole Sachs. Journaling has been one of the most powerful tools for me, especially when I stick with it.

Recently, I built a little web app to make that easier. It lets you free-write, track your topics/your three lists (childhood, personality traits, etc.), and gently encourages consistency — without being overwhelming. I originally made it just for myself, but I figured it might help others too. This isn’t a business -- it's totally free, you don't even need to make an account unless you want to save your topic list.
I’m just testing the waters and would truly love feedback from people who actually know the TMS journey. If you check it out and anything feels confusing, clunky, or even helpful, I’d appreciate hearing that.

Thanks for all the support I’ve gotten just from lurking here over the years. Means a lot.

    Warmly,
    walkman

Thanks Diana! The fun part is when you're done writing, I have this neat animation where all your words scatter and vanish. But you have to get through the tough 20 minutes of writing to get there... lol !
