  • My Story

I have had TMS my whole life on and off. In 2017, I learned about Sarno. Been on the forum since 2024. Since joining the forum I’ve gone from 16 symptoms to four. But I’m not out of the woods yet. My symptoms are not easy to live with. I need help to walk, and I can’t fully use my hands because they are curled up. (My right hand is better than my left, thank God!) Most of my really bad symptoms kicked in after I had Covid. I’ve had severe anxiety my whole life, with a history of child abuse. But somehow, I’m still here! Some days I’m very happy. This is good news because a year ago I was in the deepest darkest hole ever. Little by little, I believe I’m going to get better. I’m in it to win it. If you’re curious about more of my story, here’s some of the past. https://www.tmswiki.org/forum/threads/my-story-i-know-it’s-tms.28068/

If I had to say one thing that all my mentors on this forum have in common, it would be fortitude. They never give up!

I honestly don't see success in TMS work without the person somehow summoning a core strength. @Andy Bayliss
