I have had hip pain for many years, lately it is increasing and making my walking very painful. I was diagnosed with chronic Lyme and always attributed it to that. Now I am not so sure that what I have is chronic Lyme, but I am almost positive the hip pain is TMS. I have been to all the usual doctors, physical therapists and alternative/Chinese medicine people with little lasting help. My hip X-ray came back as unremarkable. Intellectually, I know that this is TMS, but I am in a lot of pain. I am pushing myself to walk, through the pain and wondering if it will ever stop. Have just started my second day of SEP and am determined to complete the 6 weeks. Stay tuned.

    Introduction:
Hip pain for years that shows unremarkable X-rays. Recently got Sarno's book and am embracing the idea that the pain is due to TMS, have resumed walking but pain is still an issue and it is increasing and adding different sites. I want to know if this is normal?
