I’m having a very similar experience. I have pelvic pain in very specific areas, under very specific circumstances. About a month ago my wrist began to hurt. I thought perhaps I developed tendinitis and began using a soft brace. No injury or accident involved. The brace makes no difference. When I practice breathing and meditate, the wrist sensations calm down a bit. This developed as I was more than half way through Dr Schubiner’s 4 week workbook. I think my own growth is stirring the pot. I’m marching on as best I can.Hi everyone, I'm back after a long absence.
It's a new symptom, a very sore wrist. The doctors says inflammation of the cartilage, specifically TFCC. He recommends rest and a wrist brace. I think it's TMS. Has anyone had experience with this?
Many thanks.
Yes,,, 100% TMS. They never get tired of that 'inflammation' diagnosis... that ones funny. Cartilage is really really hard and flexible...what's inflamed?Has anyone had experience with this?
Yep. Had a very painful swollen wrist and hand, no injury. Was given RSI and carpal tunnel diagnosis which did not make any sense. Rest and brace did not help. It was a clear case of TMS. I am fully healed.Hi everyone, I'm back after a long absence.

How are you doing now? Did you have any mri done?
I have similar problem with my right wrist except it last for 2+ years already. X-rays are good and Mri results are ok but the doctor says he sees some partial tear of TFCC and little ganglion cysts, and also some bone contusion which is so weird because I did not have any injury or accident but my wrist totally feels swollen and inflamed.
Brace and rest did not help, injections and exercise did not help and I’m not sure that surgery will help either.
Would really appreciate your reply!
You should read my success story. I had exactly what you had. I am fully recovered.

Mine started with one hand, but then it spread to the other hand, but it is irrelevant. You should search the Success Stories forum and you will see successful stories for one-hand symptoms too. It takes a while for the concept to sink in, but the more you understand the nature of psychosomatic conditions, the more you will understand how irrelevant this issue is.i will definitely take a look at your story, thank you!
I’m wondering did you have symptoms in one hand only or two?
What confuses me is that all the stories I read are about healing from bilateral hand pain and mine is clearly in one hand which makes me wonder if it’s TMS or real physical problem.
