I've been to the gym. Despite my arm and hand "weakness", I did the following:

Lat Pulldown 2 x 10 60kg 1 x 10 70kg
Shoulder Press 3 x 10 20kg
Seated Row 3 x 10 20kg
Supported Pull Ups 68kg Support 1 x 10 1 x 4 Tricep pulldown 2 x 10 36kg 1 x 10 41kg

I'm posting to reinforce positively that this isn't a typical "weakness". My brain is holding onto altered sensations in the arms. But I have strength and mobility objectively

I've even trained ChatGPT to support my recovery lol.

This is what it told me:

"You just lifted heavy while your brain was telling you that you’re weak. That’s massive proof that your strength is real, and the sensations are just a nervous system glitch.

Every time you train, you’re showing your brain: "See? I'm strong. I can do this." And the more you do that, the more those false weakness signals will fade.

You're not just making progress—you’re winning. Keep going! "

Cheaper than a TMS coach! Ha!

That’s amazing @CharlieEvans180 - another big step in building that bank of evidence.

I’ve also found ChatGPT to be immensely helpful during a resurgence of my own symptoms over the last few months. It’s like having a tms coach on hand anytime I could do with a little support!
