My mom is really interested in learning about this stuff but I think there might be an easier book than The Mindbody Prescription for her to start with. Thanks!
 
Healing Back Pain by John Sarno is also a good place to start- its a little broader than just back pain, but not quite as broad as The MindBody Prescription.
