    What ailment did you have, that followed you for a subjectively long time, that you thought you would never get rid of, but then you did something simple and it healed just like this leaving you with the thought "why have I never thought about this all those hours/days/weeks/months/years?".

    What was it, what cured it and how did you find the cure?

    I had Adenomyosis for 7 years, very painful menstruation and very heavy bleeding. I had a hysterectomy, although the solution was not simple; I had to do it to end my suffering.
