Hello!
The last days I had some good experiences - and also bad ones. After a hard exercise day I had a complete relapse with a lot of symptoms, where I´m looking for an explanation at the moment. Please refer to my thread in the support forum...

Concerning an Aha-moment: I recognized, that I am from time to time able to relax - don´t laugh, that was no more possible for me. I was always on the run and felt always in danger. During relaxed phases I experience more or less ZERO symptoms. Unfortunately that lasts only until the next morning - and this really disappoints me again and again.
I find journaling helpful - though it seems to open more than it closes in the end. Each time I write about one of my topics I find three new ones...that feels a little bit like hunting the white elephant.
