I have not started a recovery program yet and I was thinking I would do this one: http://www.tmswiki.org/forum/painrecovery/, but does anyone have a better suggestion? I fully subscribe to Sarno's ideas (I have read all his books now) and feel I very much fit the mold but I am struggling to know what to do to get better. I am looking for a program to follow or perhaps a Freud/Sarno type therapist to guide me. Does anyone have a suggestion for what I should do to immerse myself into a recovery program?

    Hi hopefuldan,

Yes, this program is a great place to start. Also, continue to read Dr. Sarno's work a little every day. Become a student of all his writings, and inquire into your questions with others here.

I had many physicians ready to do surgery on my nerves or fascia to relieve chronic foot pain, and it was not needed. Best to you in this journey.

Also, there is a list of therapists, physicians and coaches (like me!) at the Wiki. Some will do long distance work if you can't find one near you.

    Sincerely,

    Andy B
