What to do when this doesn't work?

    I've done all the stuff. For years. Read all the books, journaled, meditated, therapy and more therapy, practiced "outcome independence," focused on my life, exercised for relaxation, "thought psychologically", "somatic tracking", etc etc etc. Nothing has made any difference at all. I have been attempting to treat my pain and other symptoms from an exclusively TMS perspective for 8 years now. Now what.
