Hey all Question to Ponder: What part of this program do you find the most helpful? I am so grateful for this program. The thing i find the most helpful is the way this program breaks down the information into daily bitesize chunks. If i was given the info in one go, i'd be overwhelmed- kind of like when i see these thick ass books i'd have to read lol! But this is do-able. So yay for that! Also, the journal techniques are very helpful. I did journalling before i did this program but i wasnt equiped with the knowledge of 'unsent letters' or the 'dialogue technique' - both of which are SUPER HELPFUL. I realised i enjoy the dialogue technique- i feel like a story is unfolding before my eyes. Real talk though, i love how empowered i feel from this program. im finally learning how to relax & calm down. What do y'all find the most helpful about this program?
