I am an extremist. I think the mind is busy creating our entire reality. This presupposes a lot of things I can't prove, like consciousness exists before and after birth, and that physical manifestations are simply solidified thought. But it makes me happy to think I'm not a victim of others, or circumstances, or chance, and that there is always hope for the change and evolution of my being no matter what. I may be wrong of course but this way I don't need to wonder what is TMS and what is not!

Sorry Mala, my reply was a little philosophical and less helpful :oops: What I meant in relation to TMS is that I think physical illnesses and disabilities are all TMS, meaning they come from resistance and mental patterns interrupting or disturbing the normal flow of health in our bodies. I have the impression that most people on the forum would not go nearly that far, hence, discussion about what things are and are not TMS.
