THIS WEEK ON TMS ROUNDTABLE RECOVERY LIVE Q&A!
How do you help the body move from survival mode toward safety, regulation, and recovery?
🤔

For people living with chronic anxiety, pain, fatigue, chemical sensitivities, or symptoms that seem to keep changing, the body can start to feel unpredictable.
You may understand the theory.
You may know about neuroplasticity.
You may even know that the nervous system matters.
But how do you actually apply these ideas in real life???

LIVE Q&A | Applying Nervous System & Somatic Methods for Safety and Recovery

This week, I am honored to welcome back Noa Kairy, a trauma-informed Felt Sense Polyvagal Model practitioner and trainer, pain reprocessing and brain retraining coach, somatic yoga instructor, and founder of the Embodied Method.
After many years of living with anxiety, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, multiple chemical sensitivities, and other chronic conditions, she found healing and transformation through brain retraining, nervous system regulation, and somatic work.
Today, she helps people find greater freedom from chronic anxiety, pain, and illness using a neuroplastic approach that combines deep somatic inquiry, movement, nervous system regulation, and the exploration of thought patterns and beliefs.
Together, we’ll talk about what it actually means to create safety in the nervous system, how somatic methods can support recovery, and how we can begin working with the body instead of fighting against it.
If you or someone you love is living with chronic symptoms, anxiety, pain, fatigue, or a nervous system that feels stuck in survival mode, this conversation is for you.
