I live with my pain and I do not pay much attention, I try not to affect me but still it does not go, I do not know what I have to do to make it go, any advice ?? I am no longer afraid of pain but now it have anxiety and I am not paying attention to it, but I am with anxiety and pain ¿ why i have anxiety? ¿ i m getting worst? i start doing yoga, not pain atention to the pain, but i think i m not doing enough.
