Weird post covid skin issues

I understand. Post my virus my hair fell out, my skin got yellow and my face looked like I was dying.
The anxiety makes our bodies not function up to par. We might not eat well. We are hyper focusing.
And as I mentioned above, it all appears magnified and worse because we are focusing on it.
Once I was told by a doctor that I "felt, worse than I was" and I was able to set it all aside my symptoms began to clear up.
I get it sorry I probably misunderstood you the first time.

I'm doing better regarding pain, dizziness, headaches, light sensitivity. I can exercise again a little bit the days I'm not too depressed. My skin/tissues are still degenerating on the body. I try to survive mentally cause now I'm in a deep depression. It's not just anxiety it's really a severe form of depression for those who already experienced it. This last years of suffering with long covid cost me relationship and social life. I'm feeling trapped in a vicious cycle.
I hope you are doing well and thank you for your messages for Emily and me.
