    Hi Boston Redsox,

    If you put the terms "weather changes" or "barometric pressure changes" in the search box at the top right of the page, you will find previous discussions on this issue.

    This used to be a major trigger for me, but once I realized it was a conditioned response due to TMS, I was able to overcome it.

    It doesn't have to be a problem for you.

    Nights of full moons used to make me edgy until I learned that the tides are affected
    and that if we drink more water those days it will help.

    I need to drink more water every day as a general good health rule.
    It's so easy to forget.
