Ways to identify TMS

Posted this in Ask a Therapist thread too. I am having IBS symptoms on and off past 2-3 wks nothing very major...Can you or somebody pin point me to any document or link that suggests how to identify an issue is TMS? I remember reading it somewhere...Thanks so much

Hi CMA: I like Scott Brady's book - Pain Free for Life. I don't own it, but I have read it. If you look at a description of the book, it does talk about IBS. But what I think is really interesting about the book is that Scott himself had major digestive issues (I can't remember if it was IBS or not), and he talks about how that improved for him through TMS therapy.
