Hi Everyone,
I'm no stranger to TMS and have used Sarno's approaches to treat quite a few things in my life, all successfully.
What I'm struggling with now seems benign in comparison to other ailments I've had, but it's stumped me the hardest. Essentially, my eyes water like crazy in either the wind or cold weather - not the worst of conditions, but because I wear contact lenses, what happens is the contacts fog and become immediately uncomfortable at the least and typically (almost 100% of the time) super foggy, which leaves me near blind, until I can get to a place where I can safely take them out, clean them or switch them. I never had this problem until about 18 months ago. Part of me thinks it is simply "aging" and just something I'll have to suffer through (or switch to glasses), but a part of me also wonders if it might be something I can address with a TMS approach - I've tried, but am having no gains.
Has anyone else successfully beat something like this using Sarno's ideas?
Thank you,
Sammy
