Vitamin b6

Hello all,

been struggling, I meet the TMS personality to a T, read the Sarno books, had psychotherapy, nothing seemed to help.

I apparently have a toxic level of b6 in my blood, which was discovered in Jan via lab test by my Dr. I followed the protocol for b6 detox

and felt better (the neuropathy symptoms faded but back pain remained). I recently strained a groin at the gym and foolishly took bone broth and heavy b complexes to heal faster and I have the heavy legs, neuropathy symptoms of the b6 toxicity again.

I’m not sure what to do my back feels great but my calves and hamstrings are soooo tight and my feet tingle and so do my hands.

I partly think the entire episode is TMS, but I’m not sure. Ty for any advice
