I went to visit some friends and see a play. I was in Phoenix, it was hot and it kicked up my anxiety. I let it be and tried my best not to engage with the fear.

I watched a play and had the worst vertigo symptoms and panic that lasted about 2 hours. It finally passed and I felt fine.

I was very happy that for the most part my anxiety and panic never really acted up beyond this.

Don’t get me wrong it was uncomfortable for a long while but I knew I was fine and it finally did pass.

I kind of think my symptoms are like trying to break a wild horse at times. Bucking, kicking and afraid but eventually this becomes less and less.
